Following a work experience program in his teens, Tommy spent the next 6 years in full time and contract work for the BBC. In 2008 Tommy joined a public/private joint venture media company which Tommy restructured and created an aggressive business development strategy for.
From late 2009 Tommy entered the Business Intelligence industry, focussing on energy programs in the US and Middle East. During this time he grew existing business within established markets and started new business activities in emerging markets.
In late 2013 Tommy co-founded Offshore Network and has concentrated on providing business critical information to the offshore well intervention sector in the North Sea, Middle East, Asia Pacific, Latin America and Gulf of Mexico.
Tommy has a number of pets and adopted animals (including a whale!) and is an avid supporter of the UNC Tar Heels, Pittsburgh Steelers and Tottenham Hotspur.
Tommy holds both Bachelors and Masters degrees and has studied at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, USA and the University of Essex, UK.
Tommy lives on the South Coast of the UK with his wife, Laura.

Abigail is Head of Sector for Offshore Network, looking after the OWI Global Series of events and the team that produces them.
Abigail graduated from University of Leicester in 2012 with a BSc in Mathematics before starting the Global Actuarial Graduate Scheme at AXA, pricing general insurance policies through statistical modelling.
After three years, Abigail career-changed to producing international and global conferences, awards and training courses with Euromoney Institutional Investor Plc, for the coal and gas industries.
Following this, Abigail moved to work with Ascential Events, producing the content for the UK’s largest trade shows, in the retail sector. In her second role she managed the content for the world’s largest electrical manufacturing exhibitions, in several international locations. She also trained/participated in a wide range of content-related disciplines/projects on other international events, understanding how to produce content-rich events on many levels, and how to grow them.
In her spare time, Abigail is very active and enjoys running, yoga, surfing and snowboarding and loves travelling for the OWI events.

Erin left her home in a rural market town in North Northumberland to study Business and Marketing at Sheffield Hallam University. As part of her degree course she completed a placement year as Sales and Project Support for a Team Building and Corporate Events company in London.
Erin graduated with a First Class Honours degree, moved back to London to take on her Project Management role with Offshore Network.
Erin specialises in well intervention, offering well lifecycle management intelligence for the global offshore community to facilitate a safe and efficient future for offshore oil and gas production. Erin takes a management role in the Asia Pacific and Latin America regions.
Outside the office Erin enjoys running and has just completed her first half marathon, skiing, watching rugby and travelling.

In 2019 Charlie joined Offshore Network as a Project Manager and is responsible for expanding our conferences into new topic areas and markets.
Prior to joining Offshore Network Charlie spent 2 and half years as Senior Consultant at a recruitment consultancy who specialised in the market research sector.
Charlie graduated from the University of Bristol with a 2:1 in History, and then returned to his agricultural roots and completed an MSc in Sustainable Agriculture and Food Security with Merit.
He grew up on a cattle and goat farm near Stafford and went to school near Uttoxeter.
Some major achievements to date: 2nd, 2014 Staffordshire County Novice Ploughing Competition, represented Staffordshire at cattle judging, sailed with his Dad at the GP14 World and National (open) championships and caught three animal poachers in Zimbabwe (was sat in the car during the ordeal but still part of the team nevertheless!).
Charlie is based in London and his interests include Radio 4, George Orwell, Christopher Hitchens, Lucky Jim by Kingsley Amis, pints of bitter, microwavable curries, History, Politics, podcasts (Desert Island Discs, Coffee House Shots), Peep Show, the Office, the Thick of It, the Dundee Arms and jazzy shirts.

Having joined Offshore Network in 2019, Dominic focuses on Oil Well Intervention to understand the highest priority challenges businesses are facing and helping them to find a solution.
Dominic graduated from Norwich University of the Arts with a 2.1 before completing his MA in games theory and design at Brunel University London.
Prior to joining Offshore Network, Dominic worked in executive search finding C-level executives for high growth technology companies. He moved into contingency recruitment for a change of pace before leaving the world of talent acquisition.
Outside of work, Dominic enjoys exercise, watching rugby, comedy and a good book. Of course, his passion for all things game related still holds from his university days.
