Payment Policy
- Full payment is due within 28 days of ticket reservation or must be paid in full 1 week prior to event registration, whichever comes first
- Registration will not be confirmed until full payment has been received
- Staff at the event will request a credit card guarantee for delegates who cannot provide proof of payment
Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellations must be received in writing
- If cancellation is received within 28 days of the first day of the conference , the attendee will receive a full credit to a future conference
- If cancellation is received more than 28 days prior to the first day of the conference, Offshore Network will retain 10% of the attendance fee for administration purposes or offer a full credit to a future conference
- Places are transferable at no extra charge
- Individuals who fail to attend the conference without giving prior notice to Offshore Network will not be entitled to a refund or a future credit note
- In the event that Offshore Network cancels a conference, payments received at the cancellation date will be credited back in full to all attendees
- All conference credit notes remain valid for 2 years
Privacy Policy
- We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We have a commitment to protecting your privacy. We may use the information we collect from you to keep you informed of our events and business intelligence
Special Needs
- Delegates should advise of any special needs, dietary requirement or access requirements at the time of registration
Speakers
- Views expressed by speakers at our events are their own. Offshore Network cannot accept liability for advice given, or views expressed, by any speaker at the conference or in any materials provided
Changes to Conference Programme and Agenda
- Offshore Network reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event, to change the location or alter the advertised speakers for an event at any time. Any changes to the agenda will be updated on our website as soon as possible
- Offshore Network is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of substitution, alteration, postponement or cancellation of an event due to causes beyond its control including without limitation, acts of God, natural disasters, sabotage, accident, trade or industrial disputes, terrorism or hostilities
- In the event that a conference is cancelled, Offshore Network is not liable for any costs incurred by delegates in connection with their attendance
Insurance
- It is the responsibility of the delegate to arrange appropriate insurance cover in relation to their costs for attending the event
- Offshore Network does not accept liability for any loss, damage or injury during the event
