Why Work at Offshore Network?

Taking Ownership

We’ll give you the support and training you need to do your job and judge you on your results. How you get there, the way you work and the hours you keep are your responsibility. We believe in giving people full ownership and then recognising and rewarding great performance.

Being influential

Everyone at Offshore Network has the opportunity and the flexibility to take on or contribute to any project. If you have a great idea or a different way of doing things, we’ll listen and support you. We want you to influence the way we do business.

Growing together

In order for Offshore Network to continue growing, we need our people to grow and develop too. We’ll train you and pass on our knowledge and once you’ve exhausted those resources we’ll support external development.

It's Rewarding

Age, experience and qualifications aren’t as important to us as performance. And we believe people should get rewarded based on the results they achieve. You’ll have the opportunity to work towards mutually agreed, black and white targets to earn commission.

12+ Years of Experience in Information Sharing
Within the Global Offshore Community

What We Do

What We Do

We love building products that influence the way people and organisations do business. That could mean developing an original piece of content that improves the way a company executes a project or making an introduction that is the starting point of a long-term business relationship. We exist at the meeting point where government bodies, associations, end-users and services companies come together to share information. We facilitate the exchange of ideas and act as advocates for collaboration.

How We Do It

How We Do It

We love nothing better than understanding what the highest priority challenges facing a business are - and then helping them to find the solution. We execute intensive periods of research with globally recognised leaders from across the value chain and collate the information that will help our community protect themselves from a threat or take advantage of an opportunity. The offshore market is dynamic: changes in regulation, developments in technology, new and exciting projects all influence the way we do business.

Why We Do It

Why We Do It

We are independent influencers, sitting at the heart of the industry helping to improve standards, promote innovation and challenge the status quo. With a huge network of contacts across the globe, we exist to facilitate discussion and encourage collaboration. We do this for the good of our industry and to ensure the safe and efficient development of offshore energy for the long term.
