TOMMY ANGELL

Tommy founded Offshore Network in late 2013 and continued to lead the business as it grew into the global operation that it is today. Now, Tommy is responsible for the company as a whole and plays an active role in developing and deploying new content offerings for Well Intervention, Decommissioning, Renewables and Health & Safety. As the Offshore Network team has expanded since the pandemic, he has played an active role in training and guiding new colleagues, developing new offices in the Middle East, Asia and Africa, and you can often still find him at conferences supporting his team.

GLOBAL ACCOUNTS & AUSTRALASIA REGIONAL MANAGER

ERIN FOX

Erin joined Offshore Network in 2018, and has specialised in Offshore Well Intervention Conference for the APAC, LATAM, AUS and MED regions. As of October 2021 Erin has taken on Regional Manager position for the new business division ran from New Zealand and will be solely managing the development of the business in Asia and Australia. As well as working on the Australasia division, Erin is the subject matter expert for business development and is Global Account Manager for Offshore Network client accounts.

Rachael Brand

Rachael Brand

Rachael joined Offshore Network in July 2021 and has since played a pivotal role in organising and executing Offshore Well Intervention Conference across various regions, including the Middle East, West Africa, Latin America, and Europe. Currently, Rachael is responsible for managing and expanding the flagship decommissioning and abandonment show in Australia, ensuring its growth and prominence in the industry. Additionally, she oversees team members in their production of the OWI and D&A portfolio.

Dominic Steffen

Dominic Steffen

Dominic joined Offshore Network in 2022, initiating our research into the global geothermal energy sector and launching the Geothermal Transition Summit series in North America and Europe in 2023. In 2024, Dominic moved into a role overseeing Offshore Network new business sector. He is now focused on expanding the company presence across renewable energies and health, safety, and environment in heavy industries, whilst also exploring and researching new ideas.

Joseph Watson

Joseph Watson

Joseph joined Offshore Network in 2021, and has since ran well intervention and decommissioning & abandonment conferences in multiple regions including Australia, Asia Pacific, Gulf of Mexico and West Africa. Joe`s role has since evolved and he is now primarily focussed on building the decommissioning event portfolio and is also personally responsible for running and growing the flagship decommissioning & abandonment focussed conference in the Gulf of Mexico (D&A GOM) as well as growing the Asia Pacific (D&A APAC) conference.

Jack Heffernan

Jack Heffernan

Jack joined Offshore Network in 2023, bringing four years of experience in the energy sector (upstream and downstream) after earning his MSc in Energy & Society from Durham University. He oversees the production and management of conferences across multiple sectors, including offshore well intervention and Health, Safety & Environment. He successfully completed his first project in Lagos, Nigeria, a new location for the OWI WA event, and is responsible for the newly established HSE GOM event in Houston, Texas.

Henal Doshi

Henal, who joined Offshore Network in August 2023, has been instrumental in organising and executing the Offshore Well Intervention Conference in the Asia Pacific, collaborating closely with the region`s major oil operators. Currently, she spearheads the management of an innovative Health, Safety, and Environment conference newly introduced to Saudi Arabia, partnering with prominent projects in the Kingdom. Her responsibilities encompass thorough planning, collaboration with key stakeholders, and meticulous oversight of all logistical aspects to ensure adherence with international regulations.

Elle Hawkins

Elle Hawkins

Elle Hawkins joined Offshore Network in August 2023. As a new team member, she has managed the annual Well Intervention and Health, Safety & Environment conference in the Middle East. Elle also assists with the onsite running of the Offshore Well Intervention Conference in Malaysia. Her involvement has been important in ensuring these events are well-coordinated and successful.

Gabrielle joined Offshore Network in September 2024 after completing her Bachelor’s degree in International Business with French at the University of Birmingham. Since joining, she has played a significant role in identifying new conference opportunities within the Health, Safety and Environment sector across North America and Europe. Her contributions have been pivotal in expanding the company’s presence in the HSE field.

Vinay Nair

Vinay joined Offshore Network in 2021 to lead new technology sales. Vinay boasts more than a decade of experience working with leading technology companies and industry experts across the globe which he now frequently deploys to support the continued growth of the wider organisation. He is based out of Offshore Network`s Middle East office in Dubai, but also oversees operations from Offshore Network`s Indian office in Bangalore.

Leah joined the Offshore Network Editorial team in August 2022, aiding the team through content creation in the form of news articles for the website, interview write ups and bespoke market reports. Leah`s main focus lies with writing and researching the latest news throughout the industry as well as becoming the main writer for the Geothermal Transition Outlooks across each of the summits. Additionally, Leah helps fellow editors with other content pieces, and supports the wider team when needed.
