PDO (Petroleum Development Oman) has awarded SLB a five-year contract to provide integrated fracturing services onshore Block-6, covering both oil and gas fields.
This comes as SLB announced its third quarter 2026 results.
The scope of work includes the deployment of advanced stimulation, well intervention, and fracturing automation.
It will also include digital solution capabilities, set to enhance productivity, improve reservoir contract, and also maximise asset performance.
This was one amongst eight notable contracts signed on SLB’s third quarterly results, where it reported on a revenue of $9.45 billion which increased 5% sequentially and 6% year-on-year.
